The Tiger I was a German heavy tank of World War II deployed from 1942 in Africa and Europe usually in independent heavy tank battalions. Its final designation was Panzerkampfwagen VI Tiger Ausf. E often shortened to Tiger. Kit features full interior including drivers and turret interior, single piece lower hull, upper hull deck with exterior detail, hinged hatches, engine, transmission and exhaust system, detailed (8.8 cm KwK 36 L/56 cannon and gun mechanisms, including shells), 7.92 mm Maschinengewehr MG34, choice of injection molded or wire tow cables, separate on-vehicle tools and equipment, clear accents (lights, vision ports and optical equipment), photo-etch (exterior and interior accents), detailed running gear (road wheels and sprockets, separate workable torsion bars and individual movable track links). Decals and color markings for (2) tanks: No.217, February 1944, Eastern Front; No.342, Early Spring 1944 Belgium and No.321, June 1944 Northern France.
