Gadgetsville Ltd is a UK online retailer that began trading back in the year 2000 as a home based business. In 2008 due to continued success and growth we re-located to a purpose built office / warehouse. We offer the latest products at a fraction of the high street cost. Our products include :- Action figures, Board Games, Collectables & Memorabilia, Gadgets & Gizmos, Toys and Video Games & Accessories. Being UK based our UK customers will not receive surprise import duty charges as is often the case when purchasing from our overseas competitors who sometimes appear to be cheaper as they neglect to mention these hidden fees. Delivery is normally 1-2 days which again is a consideration when compared to the overseas sellers ( inc. Jersey ) who often take much longer to fulfill their orders. We love our gadgets, games and figures and try to offer a wide range to appeal to all ages but if there is something that we don’t stock that you would like us to supply drop us a quick email to suggestions@gadgetsville.co.uk and our eager buyers will see if they can help.

Returns Information

Faulty Goods :-

To return a faulty product please use the ‘After-Sales’ link above and choose the Returns option before posting the goods. When returning please ensure we have issued a returns form to you and that this is completed fully as indicated prior to returning your item. Please make sure the item is wrapped securely to avoid damage. Please note we can only accept a faulty return if your item is returned complete including all the original manufacturers packaging, so please do not throw this away upon purchase or we will not be able to accept the item back. IMPORTANT: PLEASE SEND RETURNED GOODS VIA RECORDED DELIVERY ONLY. If goods are not sent back to us by recorded delivery and/or in cases where goods are lost or not received, Gadgetsville cannot be held responsible for any loss sustained. For returns found to be faulty we will either replace the product with the same, have the item repaired or offer a refund should the product no longer be available. Within the first six months of purchase you may return your item to us if it develops a fault. After this time please contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement of your product, details of how to contact the manufacturer can be found in the product manual. We are also only able to take returns on products with an inherent fault and not items that are no longer operating due to neglect or other means of damage – eg. Snapped headphones or damage to cables.

Non-Faulty Goods :-
If you change your mind about your purchase you have 14 days from the date of reciept to do so and return it to us unopened at your own expense for a full refund, after this time we do not accept returns. Ensure the item is packaged securely and include with your return a note containing your order number and reason for return. Please send the item back via Recorded Delivery – if goods are not sent back to us by recorded delivery and/or in cases where goods are lost or not received, Gadgetsville cannot be held responsible for any loss sustained. We do test every single return, and if a returned product is found not to be faulty by our Gadgetsville test team we will return the product to you with an applicable postage charge. To prevent this please explore every possible avenue to try and get your product operating as it should be before returning and contact the manufacturer if necessary for assistance.

Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.
